Group stage
- It takes place on November 9-10, 2018
- Four groups of four teams each
- The group stage has a Second Chance (GSL) format
- The top two teams from each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs
- The bottom two teams from each group advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs
Playoff stage
- The playoffs take place from November 11 to 18
- Only the last three days will be held in front of a live audience
- Second-chance grid format, meaning a participant is eliminated from the tournament after two losses
- Round 1 of the lower bracket is Bo1, all other games except the Grand Final are Bo3
- Grand Final – Bo5

- 15 teams qualified through regional qualifiers: three teams each from Europe, China and North America and two teams each from the CIS, Southeast Asia and South America
- One team qualifies as the Dream League Season 10 Champion
