- Four teams from the EPT leaderboard
- Twelve teams from regional qualifiers
The first part of the group stage
- Round-Robin format, two groups of eight teams each
- Group seeding will be determined on February 7
- All Bo3 matches
- The top four teams advance to the second part of the group stage.
- The remaining teams are eliminated.
The second part of the group stage
- Round-Robin format, one group of eight teams
- All Bo3 matches
- The top two teams advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs.
- The teams that took 3rd and 4th place will enter the lower bracket of the playoffs.
- The remaining teams are eliminated.
