Two popular tournament operators in the world of Dota 2, PGL and Perfect World (PW), announced a strategic partnership for a period of three years, which the companies announced on their official resources.

Between 2024 and 2026, PGL gets the exclusive rights to broadcast all tournaments from PW in English. At the same time, Perfect World gets the rights to hold all the events in China that will be held by the Romanian organization. The partnership extends to eSports disciplines Dota 2 and Counter-Strike 2

From the official statement, it is clear that both companies are committed to hosting top-class tournaments that reach audiences around the world.

"This synergy is aimed at increasing the overall quality of eSports tournaments, setting new standards in the industry," company representatives said.

With both organizations having big plans for the 2024-2026 seasons, this collaboration is sure to add a strong competitive landscape to the professional scene, both among teams and tournament operators.

We will remind that earlier PGL announced the start of a series of eight Dota 2 tournaments over three years . The first is called PGL Wallachia: Season 1, and will take place from May 10 to 19 in Bucharest, Romania.
