The closed qualifiers for PGL Wallachia 2024: Season 1 have ended, after which the last six participants of the main stage of the competition have been announced, and ten previously invited teams will join.

In Western Europe, the slot was taken by Tundra Esports, while in Eastern - Virtus. pro. The champion of the Chinese qualification was the team G2.IG. The competitions in South America were interesting, where BOOM Esports won their ticket, but in the North everything was predicted from the beginning and Nouns easily defeated all their rivals. In Southeast Asia, perhaps, there were some of the most unpredictable competition where Blacklist Rival (aka Blacklist International) went all the way through the lower bracket and ended up crushing Neon Esports 3-0 in the grand finals.

These six teams will be able to compete in the main event alongside the other ten teams that were directly invited, namely Team Liquid, Gaimin Gladiators, Team Secret, BetBoom Team, Team Spirit, Team Falcons, Xtreme Gaming, Shopify Rebellion, Heroic and Aurora Gaming.

We remind you that PGL Wallachia Season 1 will start on May 10 with the group stage and end on May 19 with the grand final. The event will take place in a LAN format in Bucharest, Romania, and the total prize pool of the tournament will be 1 million dollars.
