Two teams qualified for the tournament through closed qualifications
The tournament participants are divided into two groups, with 6 teams in each
The group stage is held in a round-robin system

The two best teams from each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs
Teams in 3rd and 4th place from each group advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs
