The team confidently passed all opponents, and in the finals, Newbee did not have a chance at all. In dominating fashion, this team took home the top spot, earning approximately $10 million. Due to the serious fees, Dota2 has always been considered a more interesting career game than Counter Strike itself.

After this tournament, Team Liquid holds the mark as one of the best teams in the pro scene. The team is consistently ranked high in both Minor and Major Dota2. At different times, the team represented both the North American and European regions.
