More about the team beastcoast

Beastcoast - an eSports team based in North America, namely in Peru, was born in June 2017. One of the most promising teams in North America.

Currently, the main eSports discipline of the team is Dota 2, and the total amount of funds won by them is currently more than 1 million dollars. The current lineup of the team includes players such as: Gonzalo "Darkmago" Herrera, Rafael "Sacred" Yonatan, Elvis "Scofield" De La Cruz, Steven "Stinger" Vargas and K1.

In the first team, the team lost matches more than once, without achieving significant success. However, when the team went through a series of player exits, the management signed a contract with new members, thus almost saving its reputation and ratings. Just a few weeks after the approval of the new lineup, the boys got a place at the MDL Chengdu Major, ESL One Hamburg 2019 and DreamLeague Season 13 championships, taking 4th, 7th and 8th places, and the total prize fund of the boys in three months was as much as $100,000, which in several times more than the previous composition of the team was able to win.

And after the performance at DreamLeague, beastcoast took first place, ousting NoPing with a score of 3:1.

And with the start of the COVID-19 epidemic, it became impossible to play from South America on North American servers due to high ping, and that is why at the OGA Dota PIT S2: Americas, The Great American Rivalry Division 1 Season 1 and ESL One Birmingham 2020 Online championships they managed to win only 5 and 6 places.

In total, beastcoast have participated in more than 60 tournaments, the most famous of which were their performances at The International in 2021 and 2022, as well as at the Riyadh Masters in 2023, where they managed to lose five out of 6 matches played. them

In 2023, beastcoast also made it to The International, placing 17-20, winning a total prize pool of $32,000.
