• Four teams from the EPT leaderboard
• Twelve teams from regional qualifiers

The first part of the group stage

• Round-Robin format, two groups of eight teams each
• Group seeding will be determined on February 7
• All Bo3 matches
• The top four teams advance to the second part of the group stage.
• The remaining teams are eliminated.

The second part of the group stage

• Round-Robin format, one group of eight teams
• All Bo3 matches
• The top two teams advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs.
• The teams that took 3rd and 4th place will enter the lower bracket of the playoffs.
• The remaining teams are eliminated.
