More about the team PSG Quest

Quest eSports is a professional team created in 2022. The team was formed to play in the Asian region. From the very beginning, the organization began to demonstrate good results and received more than 700,000 prizes in the first year alone. This is not only participation in Major and International, but also decent results in hype tournaments.

History of creation

The team appeared in 2022 and played the first tournaments under the Ooredoo tag. He was replaced by Quest Esports, well known to the target audience. An important event for the team is October 10, 2023. It was then that she signed a contract with the French football club PSG. From that moment on, it gets a new name, namely PSG Quest. It should be recalled that this is not the first team with the abbreviation PSG in its name. Before that, the LGD team had the same contract with the football giant.

If you look at the history of changing players and coaches, you can say that Quest Esports is still looking for the best option. Although it shows good results, as for a beginner at the tier-1 level.

Almost all of its prize money, namely 500,000 USD, the team received from participation in Riyadh Masters 2023. Interestingly, the team did not show extraordinary results there and took only 7-8th place. However, sheikhs spare no expense to promote eSports in the Arab world.

At Bali Major 2023, the team reached the late stages, taking 4th place. At the same time, within The International 2023, the results of Quest Esports were quite modest. As a result, 17-20 place and only 33 thousand prize money.

Roster

As of November 2023, Execration includes the following players:

  • Ta2000 (Kazakhstan, in the team since September 2022).

  • No!ob (Lebanon, since July 2022).

  • Tobi (Austria, from August 2023).

  • OmaR (Lebanon, from July 2022).

  • kaori (Ukraine, from September 2022).

The Ukrainian player Oleg Medvedok is currently the captain of the team. The organization changes players from time to time, looking for the optimal lineup, thanks to which it will be possible to reach the peak.

Logo

Due to the fact that Quest Esports has already changed its name three times, the team logo has also been updated. The first two options were presented for the ooredoo Thunders tag. Their base consisted of two red circles and a lightning bolt. These logos differed from each other in that the first variation was volumetric, and the second was flat. The lightning, in turn, was made of gold.

The following two variants were presented for the Quest Esports tag. They are almost identical, except that the first was done in color and the second in black and white. The shield was the basis of the logo, as a demonstration of the seriousness of the team's intentions. The name of the team was written in the upper part of the shield using a modern font. In the lower part you can see the sword Excalibur, which pierced the stone. This logo is based on light green and black colors. This variant existed until June 2023, and for the next four months the logo was used, without the color scheme. This variation is presented in a light and dark version.

The last, for today, option appeared after signing a contract with PSG. In fact, the logo repeats the emblem of the Paris football club, but with the addition of the inscription Quest.

Prizes

For a relatively new team, Quest Esports is showing good results. So far, almost 70 percent of the total prize money has come from the Riyadh Masters, where the team was able to earn half a million.

At other tier-1 and tier-2 level tournaments, the team received prizes, mostly up to 20,000.
